Part 1 of 4! Classic Game Room – MARIO SPORTS MIX for Wii review, VOLLEYBALL! Mario Sports Mix by Square Enix and Nintendo contains four sports games in one collection, but don’t confuse it with a crappy collection of 3rd party Wii minigames! Mario Sports Mix is fun, well made and totally playable with 1-4 players. Mario Sports Mix on Nintendo Wii has Volleyball, Ice Hockey, Dodgeball and Basketball (but no Rollerball). Here’s a little video of an Easton RS Pro Stock stick. I got this from the Bruins Pro Shop during the Conference Finals (so late May) and have used it several times. No idea if it’s a retail RS, I can tell you that the retail RS felt a little more bottom-heavy, but this definitely does not feel or look like an S19 either, so who knows. But it sure is fun to use.

Here’s another couple of exercises that you can use to really improve your shot speed. I know hockey is very expensive so you can basically put these training aids together for free and have at it. Exercise 1–Wrist Rotations 1. Cut down a wooden dowel or a broken hockey stick to 18″-24″ 2. Start with zero weight on the …end and rotate the stick with you arm fully extended in a 180 degree motion. 3. Do the 180 degree rotation about 10 times. If it’s too easy then tape some pucks at the end for weight. Exercise 2–Rice Squeeze 1. Get an old paint bucket and dump a bag of rice into it. 2. Try to dig down to the bottom by squeezing as hard as you can and turning your wrist like you would when releasing the puck. 3. Start by doing this for 30 seconds and then keep increasing the time.
